I have been planning a wedding and working two jobs so it’s taken me a little while to write a review, but finally I am getting around to it and I had to make sure to do so, because let me tell you, this company is amazing! Their response time was super quick like seriously within minutes, couple hours at the most. They were friendly, attentive to all of my needs, gave great suggestions when I wasn’t sure on the design of my fiancés ring, are super affordable, and the list goes on. My fiancé made my ring box with his grandpa that he used to propose to me with, out of driftwood from the place he proposed at which is a frequent hiking spot for us and our pups and I thought it would be super cool to use the extra wood in his ring. They made this happen and did better than I could have imagined! The ring is seriously exactly what I was hoping and more! He loves it and its perfect size, he says super comfortable, and best of all beautiful art work! Thank you so much JBJ, I will be sending everyone I know who is looking for amazing jewelry here! 😊

Our experience buying this wedding ring set could not have gone smoother! From the custom sizer system to picking our cut of mokume, the staff were so responsive and helpful, and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted! I also ordered two sets of earrings, the meteorite and raw blue sapphire, for Valentine's day and they are so cool! They also offer lifetime cleanings and re-etching of the ring's meteorite band for if the surface eventually gets worn down. Five stars: communication, quality, pricing, ease of transaction, lifetime assistance

My wife and I approached Jewelry By Johan months in advance of our wedding. I wanted to customized ring based on a design I'd seen elsewhere. They were prompt in getting back to me and invited us to consult with them in person since we are local. Kaleigh was fantastic to work with. My wife also decided she wanted a custom ring as well. The rings were delivered on time (6 weeks) and looked fantastic. However, we did have one issue with my wife's ring. It was made of sterling silver and it began to tarnish. Kaleigh worked with us again to fix it. We returned her ring so they can make it again with white gold, salvaging the stones in the process. We only paid the difference for the material and it was returned to us on time again. Overall, JBJ was great to work with and in particular Kaleigh was a delight as she was both helpful and full of Lord of the Rings references.

Jewelry by Johan did an amazing job making our unusual engagement ring + wedding band idea come to life. These are sterling silver, with an opal center stone and redwood and malachite inlay. The custom order process was smooth, with clear communication about what they could and could not make, and the pros and cons of different materials. They sent not one but two rounds of sizers, and the size was perfect in the end. After finalizing the design, production only took a few weeks, and the price came in way under the budget we had listed on the form. Couldn't be happier with my rings!

I recently purchased my fiancé’s wedding band from Jewelry by Johan. We picked a meteorite ring and customized it to have it made in platinum. From the beginning to the end of the process, the customer service team was super responsive and helpful. When we received the ring, it unfortunately did not fit, despite going through their sizing process. We had to repeat the sizing process again, and JBJ replaced our ring for the right size without any difficulties. We are so pleased with the ring and the craftsmanship. Most of all, we are beyond satisfied with the customer service team. They responded to all emails timely, and although the ring took some time to make, they were very communicative about the length of time and process. I would definitely refer my friends and family to JBJ if they are looking for unique custom bands. They are a pleasure to work with and their pieces are reasonably priced.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about this place! Jackie was so amazing throughout the whole process, super easy to talk to, always quick to respond, and genuinely cared about getting every little detail right. We custom made my husband’s wedding ring and it came out so perfect. It’s a meteorite ring with an olive branch engraving to represent his heritage (Palestine), and it’s honestly one of the most beautiful and meaningful pieces I’ve ever seen. You can tell so much thought and care went into it. It’s exactly what I envisioned and more, timeless, unique, and full of meaning. Jackie really helped bring it to life and made the whole process feel special. If you’re thinking about custom jewelry, this is 100% the place to go!!🤍

I’m not usually one for jewelry and would describe my accessorizing as minimal at best. Fortunately, my husband knew this about me and chose the most stunning meteorite ring that perfectly aligns with my style. I absolutely adore my wedding ring and receive compliments on it all the time! I recently decided to purchase the cleaning kit, even though I had waited over two years after getting the ring. I was amazed at how much I had been missing out! The ring sparkles just as brilliantly as it did on the day I received it, and the cleaning kit easily removed the slight rust that had formed. If you own a meteorite piece, I highly recommend getting the cleaning kit. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with both the products and the service!

This local store is amazing. They gave ring sizers and allowed me to wear different sizes for a couple days to avoid modifications right away. I was also looking at tungsten rings online, but after trying tungsten in person, I realized how heavy it was. Jewelry by Johan allowed me to find the right size and material l, all while brainstorming about the design. Before my wedding, they were dedicated to polish the ring before the ceremony, and it was above and beyond. Jackie, Kirstin, and Ruth are all respectful and responsive. Highly recommend stopping by and finding the right ring compared to shopping blindly online. The people make the difference.

Jewelry by Johan did an amazing job on my husband's custom wedding band! They were upfront about every stop - even small setbacks or production flaws - and kept communication clear they whole way through. Their sizing kit made figuring out the fit east, and they were flexible with my custom request to swap out the stone for fishing line. They even provided a rending before we ordered, included a custom engraving, and the price was very reasonable. The ring turned out perfect!

Jewelry by Johan makes a variety of custom rings ranging from super cool, unique designs, to beautiful, more traditional designs using their wide range of materials and gemstones! I worked with Trinity for the majority of the process, and she made the process a breeze from start to finish! It was really clear to me that Trinity and the staff at JbJ care a lot about getting the ring to your liking! My partner's favorite color is green, and my proposal was set to happen on a forest trail, so naturally we landed on green gemstones with some earth-themed materials like Wood and Moss Agate! I love how this earthy ring turned out, and my now-fiancé loves it too! Thanks to the team for bringing my engagement ring idea to life, and I'd gladly recommend Jewelry by Johan to anyone interested in making a custom ring for their loved ones!
